Associates’ Training & Benefits
K&A lays strong emphasis on the continuing professional development of its Associates right through to the Partner level. The Firm's training activities and benefits include in-house training and other continuing professional education programs. We put in place a Flexible Benefits Plan designed to give Associates and other employees more choice in how the firm's contribution for their benefits is utilized. The Firm observes all Christian, Muslim and national day holidays.
Rigorous litigation training is a high priority, because this will enhance the professional development of litigation associates at all levels of experience. The Firm conducts regular, mandatory continuing legal education training, by case study methods and seminars. Training programmes covers the entire litigation spectrum - from taking and writing briefs, to negotiating a favourable settlement, to trying a case.
